Inside: DST, New Position Open, KBA Meeting, Spring Festival and More!

Just a reminder that Sunday is when Daylight Saving Time begins.

We want to extend a "thanks" to our custodian, Noah, who has worked with us for the last year and a half. Noah has done a wonderful job for us and will be missed. Noah has been in school while working here. He graduated in December has accepted a job in his career field. We are excited for him, but sad to see him go.
If you or anyone you know is interested in working as a part time custodian, please have them come by the church office to fill out an application.

The KBA Spring Meeting is coming up. This meeting is hosted by the WMU but is open for everyone to attend. We are hosting this meeting this year and we need some extra hands. If you are able to help serve, help in the kitchen, greet folks as they come, etc, please email Kathy khendrix@fbcthomson.org.

Our Spring Festival is coming up! Be sure to mark your calendars and invite your neighbors. Also, we will need some help for this event as well. Especially with Face Painting. There will be a sign up area on the connect card Sunday, or you can email Matt (mward@fbcthomson.org)

Last, but not least, there has been some confusion about the various offerings, so I wanted to see if I could help clear some things up.
Capital Improvements is for all things building maintenance. This fund helps us keep things, up to date, painted, air working as it should, etc. It is not the fund for our campaign.
The "For All Generations" campaign is listed on the offering envelopes and on Realm as the "Vision Fund". All of the money given to this fund will support the work being done in the education building and atrium.
Offerings made to both are vitally important as we seek to steward what we have been entrusted with. Your faithfulness to both ensures that we can reach all generations for Christ in a space that is safe and comfortable.
If you have any further questions, please reach out to Candy Beggs (cbeggs@fbcthomson.org).
