July 4th was a great day of worship, celebration, food, and fun with our FBC Thomsonfamily! We want to thank our Church Hostess, Beverly Guy, and her amazing team of volunteers for a wonderful meal and time of fellowship at our annual picnic!
In honor of their parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary, Earl Edmunds and Catherine Woods cordially invite you to celebrate Garrett and Cathy Edmunds at a drop-in party from 3:00-5:00 PM, in the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, July 10, 2021.
We are all coming out of a lemon period in our lives and it’s time for the women of First Baptist to come together for a time of fellowship, fun, Bible study, and complete a craft project. The Women’s Ministry Team has planned a two-hour slot for this on Saturday, August 21, from 10:00 AM to noon. Come and enjoy two hours of Lemonade andinvite a friend to join you!The registration deadline is Sunday, August 8. This is a FREE event!
First Baptist Church Thomson is accepting applications for a part-time paid nursery worker position. Applicants must be 18 years or older and available to work two Sunday mornings a month, and 1-2 Wednesday evenings a month. Applications are available in the church office. Please call our office or see our Childcare Coordinator, Karen Shields, for more information.

Cornerstone Preschool Registration
Registration is currently open for the 2021-2022 school year for students ages 1-5! The registration fee is $140 and registration packets are available for pick up in the church office or online at fbcthomson.org. Please help us spread the word about our wonderful preschool ministry and be in prayer for our preschool as we prepare for the new school year.
