FBC Ministries Handout
SHAPE Session 1 - Spiritual Gifts
Welcome to part 1 of "Finding Your SHAPE" - discovering and learning about your spiritual gifts. Every Christian has been gifted by the Spirit for the service of God; it's up to us to use those gifts for His glory. This is a Zoom recording of the first part of our session on spiritual gifts. Group discussion took place after the recording. Join us on Wednesday nights to be a part of that discussion!
SHAPE Session 2 - Heart Passions
God has created us with passion, but we need His help to steer our passions in a way that glorifies Him. Join us for a short session explaining how to understand our hearts. Handouts are attached on this page just above the video player.
SHAPE Session 3 - Abilities and Skills
Whereas there are some talents that people seem to be "born with", there are also a lot of skills that can be taught and practiced. Everything that you can do -- from your training to your inclinations -- can be used to serve the Lord. You just need to take an inventory of what that is.
SHAPE Session 4 - Personality
God gave us each very unique personalities to help us be His light in the world, and He has meshed these personalities into an amazing tapestry to work together (but not to excuse where our personalities need to be redeemed!). Let's learn more about the fun thing that is our personality.
