This week, we had a team of 6 men who traveled to Black Mountain, NC to work at the Black Mountain Home for Children. As you can see, they were able to help with several projects around the facility. I know the folks there were very appreciative of their help!

This Sunday, we’re kicking off a brand-new message series — When God’s People Pray.
Prayer is one of the greatest gifts God has given us… but let’s be honest, it’s also one of the hardest disciplines to sustain. Even the disciples—who walked and talked with Jesus—had to ask, “Lord, teach us to pray.”
That’s exactly where we’ll begin this Sunday, as we learn from the prayer Jesus Himself taught us.
Our message, “The Model That Shapes Our Prayers” (Matthew 6:9–13), will remind us that prayer isn’t about getting the words right — it’s about getting our hearts right with the Father.
Whether your prayer life feels strong, struggling, or somewhere in between, this series will help you experience a renewed passion for prayer, deeper intimacy with God, and a greater sense of His presence in your everyday life.
